This policy explains how Peko Team collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Peko app and related services.

2) Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) cookies and similar technologies.
- Account: name (optional), username, email address, and profile details you choose to add.
- Customer support: messages you send to us (including attachments and troubleshooting details).
- Content you create and upload: videos (including sound/audio), photos/images, captions, comments, likes, favorites, and other user-generated content you submit.
- Device & app info: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, identifiers, and network info.
- Usage data: in-app actions, screens viewed, session duration, interactions, and performance metrics.
- Crash/diagnostics: crash reports and related logs.
- Location (only if you permit): approximate and/or precise location, depending on permissions.
- Cookies / web beacons: used for login, preferences, measurement, and reliability (may include SDKs/pixels/web beacons).
3) How We Use Information
- Provide & maintain the Service (accounts, login, uploads, streaming, community features).
- Personalize your experience (recommendations, feeds, preferences).
- Improve features (analytics, troubleshooting, quality assurance).
- Security and integrity (prevent abuse, spam, fraud, unauthorized access).
- Support and communications (respond to requests and notices).
- Legal compliance and enforcement of terms/policies.
4) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information
- No face recognition / biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers for identification.
- One-time processing: if you use optional image-processing features to generate an output you request, temporary processing files are deleted promptly after completion.
- Default local storage: where supported, intermediate outputs are stored on your device by default.
- No training / marketing use: we do not use your photos for advertising targeting, and we do not use your photos to train models for marketing purposes.
If you choose to upload photos/videos as user-generated content (e.g., a profile photo or a video post), that content is stored to operate the Service and is visible according to your sharing choices and the Service’s features.
6) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
7) Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption, access controls, regular audits/monitoring, and backups.
No system is 100% secure; please keep your credentials confidential.
8) Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days where feasible, unless retention is required for legal/security/fraud-prevention reasons.
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months.
- Customer support records: up to 6 months.
9) Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent.

10) Children and Age Requirements
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.
11) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date when required.
12) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
To the extent permitted by law, this policy is governed by the laws of Peko Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes relating to this policy will be resolved through binding arbitration, as further described in the Service’s User Agreement, unless prohibited by applicable law.
